Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Platform Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure for enterprise applications. The role involves collaborating with development teams to understand application requirements, implementing CI/CD pipelines, monitoring system performance, ensuring security compliance, and optimizing platform efficiency. The ideal candidate has strong hands‑on experience in platform engineering, Agile practices, identity and access management (IAM), and cloud/infrastructure design.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Design & Implementation

• Design and implement scalable and reliable platform infrastructure for enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with software development teams to ensure the platform supports application requirements.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid and reliable software deployment.
• Apply Agile methodologies to manage development and operations workflows.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

• Continuously monitor platform and application performance.
• Define and track key metrics to optimize platform efficiency and reliability.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical support to development teams.

Security & Compliance

• Implement security protocols to protect sensitive data.
• Ensure platform compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with IAM teams to manage access controls and authentication mechanisms.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of platform architecture, processes, and configurations.
• Share knowledge with team members and contribute to operational continuity.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends to enhance platform capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–8 years of experience in platform engineering, infrastructure, or DevOps roles.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Strong understanding of system performance monitoring and optimization .
• Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) implementation .
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies .
• Solid understanding of security protocols and compliance requirements .
• Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and technical support skills.
• Excellent documentation and knowledge‑sharing abilities.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
