Department Manager for Yard at RONA

Take charge as Department Manager at RONA’s Yard, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. Enhance customer satisfaction through effective leadership and strategic operations management. RONA is looking for a dedicated individual to manage the Yard Department with at least five years of experience in personnel management. This role involves supervising work priorities, resolving any customer queries, and executing merchandising tasks as directed by the Store Manager. Strong leadership and communication skills will be pivotal for fostering teamwork and delivering excellent service. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations as per company set priorities
- Tackle customer issues promptly for satisfaction
- Execute merchandising strategies under Store Manager's guidance
- Lead replenishment processes and promotional efforts
- Support and motivate your department team members
- Minimum 5 years of personnel management experience
- Management experience in a retail environment
- Solid leadership skills, autonomous, and resourceful
- Must have excellent communication abilities
- Experience in scheduling and budget compliance
