The Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will support the day-to-day operations of the store by welcoming and assisting customers, answering questions, and sharing product knowledge. You’ll help maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing store by supporting merchandising and restocking displays, while also assisting with processing purchases and handling basic transactions. You may also support online orders, in-store pickups, and special events, all while contributing to a fun, friendly, and engaging customer experience during our busiest season.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and staying active throughout your shift
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs with assistance)
• Basic computer skills are an asset
