Technical Accounting Manager at Recurrent Energy

Enhance your career as a Technical Accounting Manager with Recurrent Energy in the U.S. or Canada. Deliver expert U.S. GAAP accounting support for renewable energy projects and collaborate across teams. This vital role reports to the Senior Manager of Global Technical Accounting. You will lead complex U.S. GAAP research, provide hands-on support, and prepare thorough accounting memos. Collaborating with finance, tax, and legal teams, you will assess transaction implications and ensure compliance. Key Responsibilities:

Lead U.S. GAAP research on renewable energy transactions
Prepare detailed technical accounting memos and conclusions
Develop policies responding to business needs and standards
Support monthly and annual financial close processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on accounting impacts

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
7+ years in accounting with 3+ years in technical accounting
CPA designation required; Big Four experience preferred
Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and strong writing skills
Experience in the renewable energy sector preferred
