Are you an experienced Industrial Painter looking for a steady, rewarding opportunity in manufacturing & logistics? We are seeking a dedicated Night Shift Industrial Painter for a client in Brantford, Ontario. Located directly on a local bus route, this temp-to-perm role features a 4-day schedule (Monday to Thursday, 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM), giving you a 3-day weekend every week. As an Industrial Painter, you will prepare metal surfaces and apply protective industrial coatings to custom manufactured products.

In this fast-paced manufacturing & logistics environment, you will operate spray equipment and coating systems to ensure finished parts meet quality specifications. Clear spoken and written English communication is required to safely follow safety guidelines, chemical handling procedures, and work instructions.

Advantages

Pay rate of $23.00 to $25.00/hr plus a $1.00 to $2.00/hr shift premium based on experience.

Responsibilities
Prepare metal surfaces by washing, deburring, sanding, and cleaning.
• Apply industrial paints and primers using airless or conventional spray equipment.
• Inspect finished parts for coating thickness, adhesion, and visual quality.
• Clean and maintain spray guns, booths, and equipment line components.
• Adhere to all safety standards and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications
Experience operating industrial spray painting equipment or liquid coating tools.
• Strong attention to detail for visual quality control inspections.
• Ability to perform surface preparation and basic equipment setup.
• Dependable time management for consistent night-shift operations.
1+ years of Industrial Painter experience in metal manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with surface prep tools and spray machinery.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for full 10-hour shifts.
• Full availability for the scheduled night shift hours.
