Vous êtes un leader stratégique en ressources humaines qui aime bâtir des organisations, piloter le changement et avoir un impact durable?
Mission Control Space Services Inc., une entreprise canadienne innovante à la fine pointe des technologies spatiales, de l’intelligence artificielle et de l’ingénierie de pointe, amorce une période de croissance stimulante. Nous recherchons une personne d’expérience pour occuper le poste de directeur(trice) principal(e), Personnes et culture, et contribuer à façonner son avenir.
Relevant directement du fondateur et chef de la direction, vous dirigerez la stratégie en matière de ressources humaines alors que l’entreprise prévoit plus que doubler ses effectifs. Vous bâtirez et dirigerez la fonction RH, renforcerez les capacités organisationnelles et mettrez en place une structure évolutive, tout en préservant la culture entrepreneuriale de l’entreprise.
- Diriger la conception organisationnelle, la planification des effectifs et la gestion du changement.
- Élaborer des stratégies de recrutement pour des postes spécialisés en technologie et en ingénierie.
- Renforcer le développement du leadership, la gestion du rendement et l’engagement du personnel.
- Mettre en place des programmes concurrentiels de rémunération, d’avantages sociaux et de fidélisation.
- Établir des systèmes, politiques et processus RH adaptés à la croissance.
- Collaborer étroitement avec le chef de la direction et l’équipe de direction sur les priorités stratégiques.
- Au moins 15 ans d’expérience progressive en ressources humaines, dont au moins 5 ans dans un poste de haute direction RH.
- Expérience démontrée dans la création ou le développement d’une fonction RH en contexte de forte croissance.
- Solide expertise en développement organisationnel, acquisition de talents et gestion du changement.
- Expérience du recrutement de professionnels spécialisés en technologie ou en ingénierie.
- Bonne connaissance de la législation du travail de l’Ontario.
- Diplôme universitaire et titre professionnel RH reconnu (CHRP, CRHA ou équivalent).
- Admissibilité à une habilitation de sécurité du gouvernement du Canada.
Une expérience en aérospatiale, en défense, en ingénierie ou en technologies de pointe constitue un atout.
