The Global Brand Management and Strategy team at lululemon sets the vision for how lululemon will show up around the globe. We're expert strategists, collaborators, and advocates who partner with Regional, Channel, Creative, and Product teams to set the tone for the lululemon brand around the world.

a day in the life

As a Sr. Brand Manager on the Global Brand Planning team, you play an integral role in how lululemon shows up in the world. In this role, you are responsible for authoring key global strategies that guide and inspire Regional teams, driving synergy across the Global Brand Management function and ensuring end-to-end integration in line with our brand position and identity across brand, product, creative, merchandising, and regional teams.

You are the strategic connector - orchestrating how global stories come to life consistently across markets while empowering regions to adapt with cultural nuance and relevance. From long-range planning to seasonal briefs to full-funnel go-to-market, you guide cross-functional teams toward a unified brand point of view that ladders up to our purpose: elevating human possibility by helping people feel their best.

Your work shapes the backbone of the global brand calendar, drives clarity for partners, and ensures that every story we tell feels distinctly lululemon.

core responsibilities

global brand strategy & planning

• Lead the development of global brand strategy across annual and seasonal horizons, ensuring alignment to brand vision, activity priorities, and guest insights.
• Build and maintain the global brand platform, story architecture, and long-range global brand map.
• Produce various global brand strategies, directives and postures to help guide, clarify and inspire Regional brand teams while ensuring the integrity of and alignment to the core brand position of lululemon.
• Partner with Insights, Activity, and Product teams to translate consumer insights, cultural trends, and business needs into clear strategic direction.

campaign strategy & integration

• Lead the creation of integrated briefs for Global Brand initiatives, including insight development, audience definition, strategic intent, KPIs, and measurement frameworks.
• Facilitate cross-functional synergy and integration across Global Brand Management.

measurement, optimization & learning

• Define and track KPIs for global campaigns and seasonal stories.
• Partner with Insights and Channel teams to analyze performance, extract learnings, and share recommendations to improve future storytelling and GTM.
• Partnering with Brand-Ops team, to lead cross functional and regional sharing.

budget, resourcing & operational excellence

• Partner with Brand Operations, Finance, and cross-functional partners to manage campaign budgets, resourcing, and timelines.
• Ensure operational clarity and delivery excellence across markets and teams.

qualifications

• Bachelors degree
• 8-10+ years of relevant experience
• Global experience, behaviour and mindset
• Effective and collaborative stakeholder manager across the organization
• Expert negotiator, influencer and relationship builder
• Excellent presentation skills
• Experience working quickly and efficiently, and keeping pace in a fast environment
• Ability to juggle changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude in the face of challenging deliverables

compensation and benefits package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $112,000 - $147,000 CAD annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
