Mercato di Luigi (Chinatown location - 213 E Georgia) is seeking a Pastry Cook to join the team! Our location features an Italian market, deli, and café by day, transforming into a full-service restaurant by night, celebrating the essence of Italian cuisine with a focus on simplicity and fresh local ingredients. The ideal candidate is passionate about baking and hospitality.

Please note, this is a part-time position with early start times of 6:30am.

You have:

• 1+ years bread/pastry/baking experience
• Formal training and experience in Italian cuisine considered an asset
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently while multi-tasking and maintaining high food standards
• Proven ability upholding health & safety standards
• Great communication skills and a passion for baking
• Food Safe Level 1 required
