Job Summary
Provide sales support and deliver excellent customer service to achieve sales targets. Assist with merchandising inventory control and daily store operations.

Main Duties
- Greet customers assess needs and recommend products or services to generate sales.
- Operate point-of-sale systems process transactions handle returns and maintain cash handling accuracy.
- Maintain product displays restock shelves and ensure merchandising standards are met.
- Monitor inventory levels assist with stock replenishment and report discrepancies.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and leads and maintain customer records as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet store objectives and participate in training and staff meetings.
Requirements
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in sales or related field is an asset.
- Previous experience in retail sales customer service or a similar role preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and professional customer interaction.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift or carry merchandise within safe limits.
