Land Rover Kelowna, a part of the Wyant Group, is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our dynamic dealership team. As the first point of contact for customers and visitors, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and keeping dealership operations running smoothly. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
**Please note this is a temporary 3-6 month contract. The schedule is full-time, Monday-Friday.**
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Excellence
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming first impression.
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries efficiently, directing them to the appropriate team member and taking messages when needed.
Customer Service
- Provide outstanding customer service, anticipating client needs and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Assist clients with inquiries, refreshments, and general guidance while maintaining clear communication.
Administrative Support
- Perform light accounting or administrative tasks to support the dealership as needed.
- Assist sales and service teams by maintaining organized documentation and responding to customer inquiries.
Professionalism & Presentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
- Uphold a high standard of personal and professional presentation, representing the Wyant Group’s commitment to excellence.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role, ideally within the automotive industry.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a focus on delivering top-tier customer service.
- Comfortable using MS Office and basic administrative software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
