Take charge of hospital operations at Collingwood General & Marine Hospital as a leader focused on quality patient care and safety. Collingwood General & Marine Hospital is searching for a Hospital Operations Leader with 3-5 years of acute care experience and at least 2 years in management. You will collaborate with teams, oversee patient care transitions, and maintain adherence to safety protocols essential for effective hospital processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor staffing levels in accordance with patient needs
- Oversee patient transitions and bed management
- Act as a department liaison for seamless communication
- Investigate and address adverse events thoroughly
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards
- Active registration with a recognized clinical college
- 3-5 years’ experience in acute care settings
- Minimum 2 years in management roles
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Meditech Expanse
