Senior Geologist, Structural

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant (Structural Geology) to join their North American structural geology team. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse mining and exploration projects, from early-stage exploration through mine development, resource studies, and operational support.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead belt- to deposit-scale structural analysis and interpretation of mineralized systems.

• Conduct fieldwork, 3D modelling, and geophysical interpretation.

• Support exploration, resource, engineering, and operational projects.

• Work with multidisciplinary teams on projects in Canada and internationally.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and support business development.

• Lead projects and mentor junior consultants.

• Travel internationally as required.

Who You Are

• Postgraduate degree in Structural Geology.

• 8+ years of applied structural geology experience in mining, exploration, or operations.

• Strong field and belt- to deposit-scale structural analysis experience.

• Proficiency in GIS and 3D modelling, including Leapfrog.

• Mining/metals experience with PGO or PEO eligibility.

• Strong technical, communication, leadership, and project management skills.

• Established industry network and client relationship skills.
