WHAT YOUR ROLE INVOLVES
- Deliver impeccable customer service at all times
- Bring orders and clear tables according to established standards
- Serve wine and beverages according to banquet service techniques
- Advise guests on products and demonstrate sales skills
- Set tables and prepare rooms before events
- Polish glasses and utensils
- Maintain cleanliness of the premises at all times
- Perform any other related tasks necessary for the smooth running of operations
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant service experience
- French-English bilingualism required due to regular interactions with an international clientele
- Knowledge of the restaurant industry
- Knowledge of wines (asset)
- Courtesy, positive attitude, organizational skills and team spirit
- Stress tolerance, autonomy, speed, resourcefulness and discretion
