Aerospace Senior Manufacturing Engineer Role

Join APEX as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer in the Aerospace Component Manufacturing Group, focusing on process development and technology integration. This full-time role emphasizes continuous improvement and operational excellence on the manufacturing floor.
You will report to the Group Manager and take charge of key initiatives encompassing CNC machining, AI integration, and production optimization. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various teams to identify and implement innovative solutions that enhance productivity and quality. This hands-on engineering role ensures you have a significant impact on manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead cross-functional initiatives for continuous improvement
• Identify and implement efficiency and cost-reduction strategies
• Oversee onboarding of new manufacturing processes
• Support troubleshooting and root cause investigations
• Monitor and analyze manufacturing performance metrics
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering fields
• 5+ years in manufacturing engineering
• Experience in highly regulated environments is a plus
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing practices
• Proven project management and communication skills
Drive change within APEX's Aerospace Division by using your engineering acumen.
