Supervisez les opérations quotidiennes, la gestion du personnel et le service client comme assistant-gérant de magasin. Remplacez le gérant en son absence.
Vous assisterez le gérant dans la gestion du magasin et contribuerez à l’atteinte des objectifs de vente. Vos responsabilités incluent la supervision d’équipe, la présentation visuelle, le remplissage des tablettes et la gestion des expéditions. Vous offrirez un service exceptionnel, réglerez les problèmes escaladés et veillerez au respect des politiques, procédures et normes de sécurité.
Responsabilités clés:
- Assister le gérant dans les opérations quotidiennes
- Gérer le personnel, assigner les tâches et assurer la propreté
- Former, coacher et développer les employés
- Gérer l’argent et ouvrir ou fermer le magasin
- Maintenir les normes de présentation visuelle
Exigences:
- Minimum de deux ans d’expérience en commerce de détail
- Au moins deux ans en supervision ou gestion
- Grande disponibilité de jour, soir et fin de semaine
- Compétences en leadership, communication et prise de décision
- Capacité à prioriser dans un environnement à fort volume
