- Lead and mentor backend engineers for skill enhancement
- Develop and maintain robust backend services using Node.js
- Design third-party API integrations and new modules
- Write clean and tested code following TDD principles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution delivery
- 5+ years in web development
- 3+ years with Node.js and Nest.js framework
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Proficient in Git and collaborative workflows
- Understanding of microservices and TDD
