Join our dynamic team as a Food Truck Staff member, where you will play a crucial role in delivering delicious meals to our customers on the go. As part of our team, you will be involved in various aspects of food preparation and service, ensuring that every customer has an enjoyable takeout experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and food safety standards.
• Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly handled.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Help with the setup and breakdown of the food truck before and after service.
• Serve customers efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service times.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience cooking in restaurant. ex line cook. 3 years
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper kitchen procedures is essential. (food Safety Training certificate)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers.
• Willingness to learn new cooking techniques and adapt to menu changes.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Types: Part-time, SeasonalContract length: 4-5 months

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
