Job Responsibility:
Responsabilités principales :
- Gestion d'équipe :
- Recrutement, intégration et gestion des membres de l'équipe en collaboration avec les ressources humaines.
- Suivi des objectifs individuels, évaluation des performances et accompagnement au développement des compétences.
- Gestion des aspects quotidiens (feuilles de temps, congés, horaires, télétravail).
- Favoriser la cohésion de l'équipe et promouvoir la collaboration inter-départementale.
- Gestion des inventaires :
- Garantir la précision des inventaires (décomptes physiques et comptes cycliques).
- Suivi des niveaux de stocks, y compris ceux à rotation lente et obsolètes, avec recommandations appropriées.
- Collaboration pour un ravitaillement efficace des entrepôts externes.
- Suivi des bilans de matière.
- Coordination et gestion du transport :
- Supervision des activités de transport, réception et expédition.
- Suivi de l'efficacité des tournées et analyse des coûts logistiques pour optimiser les dépenses.
- Assurer la conformité des transporteurs avec les normes PATROM.
- Gestion du service logistique :
- Encadrer le superviseur d'entrepôt et les équipes pour atteindre les objectifs en respectant la convention collective et les règles de HSEQ.
- Amélioration du service client en réduisant les délais de livraison et optimisant les coûts.
- Participer à la gestion des réclamations et à l'analyse des retours et demandes liées au transport.
- Systèmes et amélioration continue :
- Être le Key User SAP pour les modules MM, en particulier la gestion d'entrepôt (Warehouse Management).
- Identifier et implanter des améliorations pour optimiser les flux de données dans SAP.
- Développer des indicateurs de performance et fournir les reportings associés.
Profil du candidat :
- Permis de travail canadien valide.
- Baccalauréat en administration, gestion des opérations et de la logistique, ou domaine pertinent.
- Plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire.
- Management, organisation et planification.
- Connaissance approfondie du marché des lubrifiants et de ses acteurs un atout majeur
- Gestion des inventaires et des processus logistiques.
- Connaissance géographique du Canada et des États-Unis.
- Souci du détail, rigueur et respect des délais.
- Aptitude à la négociation.
- Maîtrise des progiciels ERP/MRP et de la suite Windows, dont Excel avancé.
- Excellente maîtrise de SAP un atout certain
- Excellentes compétences en communication (bilinguisme français/anglais).
