Site Engagement Lead

Site Engagement Lead position at ICON Strategic Solutions in Burlington, Canada, responsible for building relationships with clinical trial sites and optimizing site engagement to support clinical research activities and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with principal investigators, site coordinators, and research staff
- Provide support and guidance to site staff on study protocols, procedures, and regulatory compliance
- Identify opportunities to enhance site engagement and optimize performance through communication
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop site engagement strategies tailored to study needs
- Monitor site performance metrics and report engagement activities to study teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field
- Previous clinical research, site management, or related experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical trial regulatory requirements
- Willingness to travel approximately 60% as required
