Site Partner II/Sr. Site Partner

ICON seeks a Site Partner II or Senior Site Partner to manage investigator site relationships and support clinical research operations. The role involves building site partnerships, resolving operational issues, monitoring performance metrics, and driving engagement across multiple studies.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned investigator sites as central ICON contact
- Support sites in resolving operational issues and coordinate solutions across internal teams
- Gather site feedback to inform protocol design, feasibility assumptions, and process improvements
- Monitor site-level performance metrics including recruitment, quality, and startup timelines
- Design and deliver engagement activities and communications to enhance site experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, business, or equivalent clinical research experience
- Experience in site-facing roles, site management, or clinical operations within CRO, pharma, or healthcare
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of site operations and factors affecting recruitment and quality
- Ability to manage multiple sites and competing priorities independently
- Excellent stakeholder management and credibility with investigators (Senior role)
