Assistant Chief Operating Engineer at Inovata Foods

Advance your engineering career with Inovata Foods as the Assistant Chief Operating Engineer. Lead and support teams while ensuring safety and efficiency in our food production processes. As an Assistant Chief Operating Engineer, you'll work closely with the Chief Operating Engineer to supervise and develop Operating Engineers. This role requires expertise in TSSA-regulated equipment and a commitment to safety standards. Participate in root cause analysis while managing maintenance programs and overseeing Boiler and Refrigeration Plant operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and develop Operating Engineers
- Manage maintenance safety and regulatory compliance
- Participate in investigations of lost time issues
- Oversee Boiler and Refrigeration Plant operations
- Drive improvements in housekeeping standards
- Minimum 4th Class Operating Engineer qualifications
- Knowledge of Boilers and Pressure Vessels
- Experience with ammonia and chemical piping
- Familiarity with Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Strong understanding of TSSA regulations
