Our client is a large energy infrastructure organization undergoing a major SAP transformation program across multiple business units and regions. They are seeking an experienced Bilingual Communications Specialist to support program communications, stakeholder engagement, and executive messaging throughout this enterprise-wide initiative.

Your New Role

As the Communications Specialist, you will lead the communications strategy for a large-scale SAP transformation program. You will be responsible for developing and executing communication plans that support program objectives, drive stakeholder engagement, and ensure consistent messaging across the organization.

Key responsibilities include

• Developing and managing strategic communication and engagement plans.
• Building and maintaining a rolling communications calendar and engagement roadmap.
• Creating, editing, and distributing program communications, updates, presentations, and reports.
• Supporting executive and senior leadership communications.
• Coordinating communications between teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Ensuring consistency in messaging, branding, and communications best practices.
• Partnering closely with Change Management teams to support organizational readiness and adoption.
• Planning and supporting large-scale engagement initiatives, town halls, roadshows, and stakeholder events.
• Translating and adapting communications and training materials between English and Spanish as required.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Professional fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• 10+ years of communications experience within large, multinational organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise transformation, ERP, SAP, digital, or business change programs.
• Experience developing executive-level communications, presentations, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working alongside Change Management teams is highly preferred.
