IT Student Intern-West

Position Overview
McAsphalt Industries is seeking motivated Student Interns to join the IT department and support daily operations. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT support and develop practical skills in a corporate environment.
Duration: 3 to 6 months Internship
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with day-to-day IT operations and user support
• Perform basic troubleshooting of hardware and software issues, including:
o Printers
o Network connectivity
o Microsoft Teams and telephony systems
• Support computer provisioning, setup, and imaging
• Assist with user onboarding and training
• Provide support for Office 365 applications, including:
o SharePoint
o OneDrive
• Help maintain documentation and IT inventory
• Research and assist in resolving technical issues
Qualifications & Skills
• Currently enrolled in an IT-related program (or recent graduate)
• Basic knowledge of:
o Computer systems and operations
o Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Good communication and teamwork skills
