We are seeking a safety-conscious and reliable Reach Truck Operator to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing inventory within our high-density, narrow-aisle warehouse. You will be responsible for operating stand-up reach trucks to safely retrieve, transport, and perform high-rack put-aways.

Pay Rate: $21.00 – $23.00/hour

Key Requirements:

Experience: Proven track record operating stand-up reach trucks.

Certification: Valid Forklift Operator License required.

Transportation: Must have a reliable personal vehicle (our facility is not accessible by public transit).

Responsibilities
Safely drive stand-up reach trucks to lift, push, pull, stack, and inventory.
Load/unload trailers, palletize goods, and stage freight at loading docks.

Conduct daily pre-shift inspections (circle checks), report equipment damage, and maintain a clean warehouse floor.

Qualifications
Certification for Stand-Up Reach Truck operation.
Stand-up reach truck experience in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortably stand and maneuver in tight, narrow-aisle spaces.
Willing to obtain steel toes boots, and proper PPE
