Senior Influencer Manager

THE ROLE

We Are Social is looking for a Senior Influencer Manager to help continue to define and implement influencer relationships and brand partnerships. The qualified candidate will be responsible for building talent strategies that drive measurable impact, mentoring a high-performing team, and navigating complex negotiations with precision.

Traditional agency experience is not required, but it’s a plus. What matters is your deep understanding of what resonates with social audiences. This role is energetic, innovative and forward-thinking. Alongside engaging with communities, you’ll guide brands by staying ahead of social trends and cultural moments. In return, you’ll join a global agency dedicated to generating buzzworthy ideas for some of the world’s leading brands. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Develop and execute specific campaign workstreams by acting as the primary point person, ensuring all influencer initiatives align with client objectives and WAS standards
• Be one of our client-facing team members who can speak about all aspects of influencer marketing from comprehensive briefs to detailed campaign reports that clearly articulate value and results
• Collaborate with the cross functional team members to create and coordinate ‘big picture’ marketing strategies that work across different channels 

• Attend relevant networking events and build strong business connections and grow new partnerships with influencers, talent agencies, and management companies

• Track emerging trends, technologies, celebrities & influencers to continuously present recommendations to the team on how to stay on the pulse with upcoming talent
• Mentor and provide continuous feedback to junior team members, fostering a culture of professional growth and high-level executional excellence
• Nurture long-term partnerships with influencers and talent agents, pitching collaboration opportunities and onboarding partners with a focus on rapport and professional excellence

• Navigate complex project hurdles and manage misunderstandings in a professional solution oriented manner
• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, while delegating tasks across junior team members making sure all deliverables are met
• Identify opportunities for the team to stream-line processes using AI platforms while ensuring to meet teams standards for quality insurance and client expectations

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE

• 5+ years of Influencer and/or Talent Management experience 
• Proven track record in managing full-cycle talent campaigns from sourcing to production
• In depth knowledge of the Talent and Partnership landscape
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills 
• Strong time management skills with experience managing multiple projects while overseeing campaigns lead by junior team members
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills with internal and external partners
• Loves networking and comfortable working influencer events which may include some weekend work
