Outbound Sales Development Representative

Start meaningful conversations remotely for Fliplet using phone, email, LinkedIn, and thoughtful prospecting. Build rapport with decision-makers across target organizations.
As an Outbound Sales Development Representative, you will create qualified opportunities for Fliplet’s senior sales team. The role centers on outbound prospecting, attentive listening, consultative questions, and understanding prospective clients’ needs. You will share relevant ideas about Fliplet’s AI-led software creation platform while learning about different industries, organizations, and buying decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Build relationships by understanding prospects’ priorities and challenges
- Share Fliplet ideas and examples during purposeful conversations
- Follow up timely to continue relevant prospect discussions
- Arrange qualified introductions with the senior sales team
Requirements:
- Confidence initiating conversations with unfamiliar people
- Experience working toward goals and managing time consistently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort learning software and maintaining accurate records
- Resilience, curiosity, organization, and attentive listening
