Office Administrator
$25 - $27 per hourXact Pressure Service
Xact Pressure Services is a growing business with pressure trucks, tank trucks, and hydrovac units across Central Alberta. We are seeking a highly motivated, part-time Administrative Assistant who works accurately, efficiently, and manages their own workload without supervision.
Tuesday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, in-office only. Part-time with potential to work into full-time.
What You Will Be Doing
- Accounts payable in QuickBooks Online
- Fleet data entry and tracking
- LinkedIn and Facebook management
- Company website updates
- Ordering promotional materials
- Writing SOPs for recurring office processes
- Fluency in Ai with keen ability to streamline processes
- General filing and administrative support to ownership and the full-time administrator
What We Are Looking For
- Oil and gas, trucking, or industrial services background
- QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office, and SiteDocs proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and deadline accountability
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work independently
- Comfortable learning new software platforms as required
Compensation
- $25-$27/hr based on experience
