The successful candidate will quickly develop a working knowledge of the day-to-day operations and company activities while providing excellence in customer service.Work EnvironmentThis position follows a 7-days-on, 7-days-off schedule with 12-hour day shifts at our Willisden Green Landfill.A Day in The LifeProvide knowledgeable and courteous customer service to clients and co-workersMaintain a professional office environment and ensure office and inventory supplies are adequately stockedAssist Operations with template and document generation as requiredDemonstrate ownership and support of the team’s vision and cultureManage filing, scanning, incoming/outgoing mail, and maintain phone and contact listsSupport the Lead Administrator in meeting month-end timelines and facility sign-off requirementsAssist with safety tracking and related administrative dutiesSupport landfill administration activities, including approvals, daily tracking, volume balancing, and weigh scale functionsAssist marketers with administrative support as requiredResponsible for daily ticket entry and troubleshooting ticket discrepanciesAssist with the administration and maintenance of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processesPerform general office and administrative duties as requiredSkills, Experience & QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of administrative and/or customer service experienceAdministration or Accounting Certificate/Diploma considered an assetStrong time management, organizational, and multitasking skillsAbility to work effectively under pressure and meet demanding deadlinesAbility to manage multiple changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentProven ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environmentReliable with a strong work ethicExcellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skillsWhat's In It For YouAt SECURE, we focus on opportunities for growth and improvement; for our employees, our customers, our partners, and the communities we operate in.
