Elevate your career as a Collections Specialist with Minute Media, a leader in sports digital content. This remote role focuses on managing accounts receivable and fostering client relationships to ensure timely payments. Join Minute Media’s Commercial team, where you will leverage your expertise to manage client accounts and follow up on outstanding invoices. Your role is vital in resolving payment issues and ensuring accounts remain current. You’ll analyze aging reports and prioritize collection tasks to optimize cash flow and reduce risk effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts and follow up on overdue invoices
- Resolve billing issues with sellers and internal teams
- Communicate directly with clients to secure payments
- Review aging reports to prioritize collections efforts
- Track payment commitments and maintain accurate records
- 3+ years in accounts receivable or collections
- Strong understanding of large account balances
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
- Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, or NetSuite
- Detail-oriented and highly organized approach
