What You’ll Do

• Coach and mentor Dental Assistants to build confidence and clinical excellence
• Partner with Doctors to ensure efficient, seamless, high-quality patient care
• Standardize clinical workflows and protocols across multiple locations
• Identify gaps and deliver hands-on, practical training
• Support onboarding and set new hires up for long-term success
