Assistant Store Manager Customer Experience
Andrews
Shape Andrews’ in-store and digital customer journey through product expertise, visual merchandising, and operational leadership. Support a unified commerce model.
As Assistant Store Manager, you help deliver the store’s sales target while developing associates and improving customer experience. You will understand Andrews’ services, become an expert in product knowledge, and support high net-worth customer relationships. The role also includes visual standards, process improvements, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Explain Andrews’ services and offerings across customer touchpoints
- Build expertise in product knowledge and selection information
- Support visual merchandising and browsing experience improvements
- Help develop and serve high net-worth customers
- Suggest and implement measurable process improvements
Requirements:
- Two to three years’ luxury retail management experience
- Experience coaching, mentoring, developing, and leading teams
- Strong process management capability
- Project management, planning, and execution preferred
- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint knowledge
