Weekend Team Supervisor

The Quaker Weekend Team Supervisor will be responsible for leading a shift team to achieve their performance targets and collaborate with other team members to solve operational issues.

Total Compensation: $56,700 - $92,400
Responsibilities- Leading a shift team of approximately 30 employees to deliver key metrics
- Solve day- to- day operational issues by collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver performance targets
- Lead daily performance meetings
- Communicate effectively and frequently to your shift team
- Collaborate with cross- functional teams to solve operational issues
- Think quickly and creatively and challenge your team to do the same
Hours : Friday- Sunday
Shifts: 12 Hour Shifts
Qualifications- Grade 12 education or equivalent
- 3 + years’ experience in Supervising Others Preferred
- Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Experience in Coaching and Monitoring Performance of Others – Take Others With You
- Able to Instruct and Teach Others
- Must be able to work weekends
