Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities
- Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and meetings for team members.

- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Maintain and update databases, files, and records with accuracy.
- Support project management by tracking deadlines and ensuring timely task completion.
- Research and compile information on various topics to aid decision making.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in using digital communication and collaboration tools such as email, calendars, video conferencing, and task management software.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative without constant supervision.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup for remote work.
