Shift worker and commuter requiring part-time help

I commute 3 days a week to Ottawa and am therefore gone very early Monday-Wednesday, and return after 8pm. My husband’s schedule alternates monthly from mornings to evenings, so we would require care from around 5:30am-8am (including a 15 minute walk to school with our 7 year old son) for one month, and care from 4:00pm- 9:00pm the next month (including pickup from school and walk home). No large-meal cooking required. Dinners will be prepared for reheating and breakfasts may need some light prep (toast, etc). We also have a very large dog (100+lbs) named Sugar who is very gentle and calm. Would ideally like to find somebody who is comfortable walking a large dog (and cleaning up as required) as she enjoys taking the boy to and from school. There’s also a cat in the house. We’re an English speaking family but would happily welcome somebody who could help our son practice his French! Ours is a smoke-free home, and we don’t have any sort of dietary or religious restrictions or requirements. Hoping to find somebody consistent and reliable to help us out!
