Copywriter (Broadcast) Fully Remote

Rate: $60-70/hr.
Our client is looking for a skilled Copywriter with experience in financial or banking communications to develop a series of high impact B2C broadcast spots. You'll translate complex financial concepts into clear, compelling consumer messaging while maintaining a polished, professional tone suitable for regulated industries.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop four 60 second broadcast scripts, plus 30 second cutdowns for each, ensuring clarity, pacing, and narrative cohesion.
- Craft consumer focused advertising that simplifies financial topics without sacrificing accuracy or credibility.
- Uphold a polished, authoritative voice aligned with financial industry expectations and broadcast standards.
- Work closely with producers, editors, and marketing leads to refine scripts and support seamless execution.
- Write within brand, legal, and regulatory guidelines specific to financial advertising.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven ability to write for broadcast, with strong understanding of timing, pacing, and audio first storytelling.
- Experience writing for financial institutions, investment products, banking services, or related sectors.
- Ability to distill complex information into accessible, engaging consumer messaging.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working in a regulated environment.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet tight production deadlines.
