Vice President of Sales - LMI Technologies

Take charge of LMI Technologies' sales strategy as the Vice President of Sales. Oversee regional sales teams while maintaining a deep understanding of industrial market dynamics.
As a key commercial architect, you will lead sales initiatives for cutting-edge 3D sensing technologies and elevate LMI’s position in the market. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing complex hardware and software solutions within manufacturing settings. Candidates must be based near our Vancouver HQ or Seattle, and be open to extensive travel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly manage regional sales leadership teams
• Translate technical capabilities into global revenue
• Build trusted relationships across sales and engineering
• Develop a robust sales pipeline and forecasting strategies
• Understand market changes to adapt sales tactics
Requirements:
• 10-15 years of experience in sales leadership
• Strong familiarity with machine vision and robotics
• Proven ability in matrix management
• Degree in a relevant technical field
• Disciplined approach to CRM usage and practices
