What Youll Do

As a Sales Associate at StretchLab Yaletown, youre the studios first impressionwarm, professional, and energized. From the first call to the first stretch, your goal is to build trust, create excitement, and convert curiosity into loyal members.

Sales & Membership Growth

• Make 50+ outbound calls daily to engage new leads and reconnect with past prospects

• Deliver high-energy studio tours and introductory stretch sessions that educate and inspire

• Confidently close memberships and packages with a focus on long-term client transformation

• Handle objections with empathy, positioning StretchLab as a must-have for health and mobility

• Upsell retail and add-on services that align with client goals

Client Experience & Studio Flow

• Offer a warm, consistent, and polished guest experiencefrom check-in to check-out

• Juggle front desk duties, phone calls, scheduling, and service recovery seamlessly

• Partner with Flexologists and the Studio Manager to keep everything running smoothly

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby environment

• Log lead updates and follow-ups in ClubReady (or similar CRM) to keep your pipeline active

Marketing & Local Engagement

• Support community events, local wellness fairs, and studio open houses

• Participate in social media efforts and local marketing to build awareness

• Be a visible StretchLab ambassador in the Yaletown and downtown Vancouver community

Who You Are

• Youve got experience in fitness, wellness, or service-based sales (studios, spas, chiropractic, etc.)

• Youre confident on the phone and skilled at turning leads into long-term members

• You believe in what youre sellingbecause youve seen the impact firsthand

• You bring emotional intelligence, positivity, and professionalism to every conversation

• Youre tech-savvy and goal-oriented, especially when it comes to using a CRM and tracking KPIs

• You thrive in a fast-moving, team-driven studio where your hustle is seen and celebrated

• Youre available 2025 hours per week, including at least one weekend shift
