Job summary: We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong desire to contribute to the beautification and maintenance of landscape architecture in the Foothills area.

This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, including planting, digging, using both hand and power tools, and operating some equipment. If you enjoy working outdoors and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
• Build and install landscape features including pathways, retaining walls, and garden beds.
• Operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruners effectively and safely.
• Utilize power tools like lawnmowers, blowers, and trimmers as needed for various projects.
• Dig trenches for irrigation systems or other landscaping needs.
• Irrigate plants and landscapes efficiently to ensure proper hydration.
• Assist in the preparation of soil for planting by tilling or amending as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by disposing of debris and waste properly.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping is essential.
• Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment when necessary is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical labor including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and working in various weather conditions.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• A valid driver’s license may be required depending on job responsibilities.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and skills related to landscaping work.
