Restaurant Manager

CIBO Wine Bar – Yorkville is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a confident leader with strong communication and organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will play an important role in overseeing daily restaurant operations, supporting and developing our team, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate restaurant operations during scheduled shifts
• Lead, support, and motivate staff while providing ongoing coaching and feedback
• Ensure high standards of service, hospitality, and guest satisfaction
• Respond to and resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally
• Welcome and engage with guests while managing table reservations and seating
• Prepare cash floats and accurately cash out servers and bartenders
• Order, receive, and manage the restaurant’s alcoholic beverage inventory
• Monitor day-to-day operations and address issues as they arise
• Assist with staff training, scheduling, and delegation as required
• Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to lead, train, motivate, and delegate effectively
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Compensation

$45,000.00 to $51,000.00 plus gratuities.
