As a Manager, you will oversee client-facing audit and compliance engagements, ensuring that accounting practices meet client needs. You will manage a diverse portfolio, providing tailored solutions while enhancing team performance through guidance and support. Your role will involve planning projects and recognizing business development opportunities to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead audits and internal control engagements for clients
• Provide tailored financial information for informed decision-making
• Manage relationships and understand client key risks
• Plan engagements and monitor project financials
• Mentor and develop team members
Requirements:
• CPA designation required for this role
• 4 to 6 years of public accounting experience
• Strong leadership and relationship management skills
• Deep understanding of accounting and management principles
• Ability to travel as necessary
Leverage your expertise in accounting to support MNP’s clients and develop a robust Assurance & Accounting team.
