Strategic Project Director at Ledcor

Ledcor Construction, Inc.

Lead major heavy civil construction projects with Ledcor as a Project Director. Oversee performance, strategy, and compliance to achieve organizational goals and excellence. Ledcor is seeking a strategic and experienced Project Director to provide executive leadership across multiple large-scale programs. With over 15 years in heavy civil construction, you'll mentor senior project teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive key project execution strategies. Your leadership will ensure operational excellence and a strong safety culture across project delivery initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership for multiple projects or major programs
Establish project execution strategies aligned with business objectives
Lead and mentor senior project teams and field leaders
Oversee financial results, schedules, and quality performance
Ensure effective risk management and compliance processes

Requirements:

15+ years in heavy civil construction or infrastructure delivery
Engineering degree or equivalent experience required
Proven executive-level leadership in construction programs
Strong financial acumen with project controls experience
Proficient in Primavera (P6) and reporting tools
