Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Bilingual Assistant Clinical Research Associate to support clinical trial operations remotely from Alberta. The role involves site preparedness, documentation, logistics coordination, and remote monitoring activities across assigned projects in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Complete site and study management activities per task matrix and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate site preparedness, document collection, training, and system access setup
- Perform remote reviews of EMR/EHR checklists and centralized monitoring tools
- Support logistics for investigator meetings, supply management, and site payments
- Conduct reconciliation tasks on CRFs, queries, deviations, and safety reports as directed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life science or related field, or RN certification
- 0–2 years relevant experience in clinical research or related field
- Fluent in English and French, written and oral
- Working knowledge of ICH GCP and clinical trial regulations
- Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn clinical trial software
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
