Les tâches
- Programmer, régler et optimiser des fraiseuses CNC de 3 à 5 axes afin d’assurer la fabrication de pièces de haute précision;
- Préparer les montages, sélectionner les outils appropriés et planifier les opérations d’usinage selon les spécifications techniques;
- Effectuer les mises en course et assurer le démarrage efficace des nouveaux projets de fabrication;
- Régler, programmer et opérer des centres d’usinage multiaxes en respectant les exigences de qualité et de productivité;
- Analyser les programmes existants et recommander des améliorations visant à augmenter la performance, la qualité et l’efficacité des opérations;
- Fournir un soutien technique à la production en apportant les ajustements requis et en partageant votre expertise avec les opérateurs(trices);
- Participer activement aux initiatives d’amélioration continue et aux projets d’optimisation des procédés manufacturiers;
- Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe au poste.

Exigences du poste
- DEP en techniques d’usinage, DEC en génie mécanique ou toute autre formation jugée pertinente;
- Minimum de 3 années d’expérience à titre de machiniste-programmeur (machiniste-programmeuse) CNC en fraisage;
- Excellente maitrise de la programmation CNC
- Bonne connaissance avec les logiciels FeatureCAM et/ou ESPRIT et/ou Mastercam;
- Capacité à interpréter des dessins techniques et des tolérances complexes;
- Bonne aptitude à résoudre des problèmes et à optimiser les procédés de fabrication.
