Job Description:

Seeking a Business Analysis Specialist to support delivery of strategic initiatives across Futures Clearing and Global Fixed Income (GFI) product portfolios . The role will drive requirements, stakeholder alignment, and solution design for complex, front-to-back initiatives spanning trading, risk, and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for initiatives including new product enablement, model enhancements, and regulatory programs
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and functional specifications
• Partner with trading desks, risk, finance, and technology teams to drive alignment
• Support impact assessments, planning-phase analysis, and estimation activities
• Produce high-quality artifacts (BRDs, process flows, executive summaries)
• Support UAT, governance, and delivery execution

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of business analysis experience in Capital Markets
• Strong knowledge of Futures, Fixed Income, or derivatives products
• Understanding of front-to-back trade lifecycle, valuation, and risk
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Excellent communication skills with experience supporting senior stakeholders
• Experience with front-to-back trade lifecycle and delivery frameworks (Agile/Hybrid)
• Familiarity with systems such as ION-XTP, Calypso, Murex, or equivalent is an asset
• Experience with Agile / hybrid delivery models preferred
