Devenez expert en sinistres habitation chez Intact, en télétravail, grâce à vos compétences en analyse et en communication bilingue. Une formation rémunérée vous accompagne vers le permis.
Vous traiterez des réclamations habitation et biens comme expert en sinistres. Intact vous forme si vous ne détenez pas encore le permis requis. Votre expérience en bâtiment, estimation, restauration après sinistre ou construction sera pertinente, tout comme un AEC en assurance de dommages.
Responsabilités principales:
- Recueillir les versions des faits et documenter les événements
- Analyser les garanties et déterminer la couverture du sinistre
- Évaluer les informations, responsabilités, dossiers et dommages
- Valider les dommages, négocier et procéder aux paiements
- Ouvrir les dossiers et assurer une prise en charge rapide
Exigences:
- Motivation à évoluer en indemnisation
- Expérience pertinente en bâtiment, estimation ou construction
- Excellentes communications orales et écrites
- Analyse, jugement, rigueur et gestion des priorités
- Bilinguisme français-anglais et aisance informatique requis
