This part-time role includes assessing and treating patients, educating families, and collaborating within a professional healthcare team. A focus on continuous professional development is essential to maintain and enhance your skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients based on regulations
- Provide education and training for patients and caregivers
- Participate in interprofessional rounds for care coordination
- Maintain timely clinical documentation for patient records
- Supervise rehabilitation assistants in therapy delivery
- MSc in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
- Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
