As a Security Supervisor, you will be leading a team of guards, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities for Mobile Security Supervisor

• Lead a team of on-site security guards
• Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team
• Ensure all security guards follow and stay updated on instructions
• Issue and manage access cards
• Complete daily reports and incident reports
• All other related duties

Qualifications for Mobile Security Supervisor

• Be legally authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid BC security worker's license
• Hold a valid BC class 5 DL with clean driving history - mandatory (i.e. no more than 2 tickets or no more than 5 points on Driver's Abstract)
• Excellent leadership skills; t his mobile supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last
• 2-5 y ears of security experience, mobile security and team management
• Occupational First aid certification - OFA 1 is mandatory requirement
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills
