We’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused Area Manager to lead our Campbellton, Bathurst and Miramichi locations, partnering with store leadership teams to drive sales, develop talent, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The Opportunity
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Driving sales performance and achieving business objectives across all locations
- Leading, coaching, and developing Store leaders & sales teams
- Creating a culture focused on exceptional customer service and selling behaviors
- Monitoring and improving key performance indicators including sales, conversion, UPT, APT, and payroll management
- Recruiting, hiring, and building a solid talent pipeline
- Identifying and developing future leaders within the business
- Ensuring visual merchandising standards and brand presentation are consistently executed
- Analyzing business trends and implementing action plans to maximize opportunities
- Conducting regular store visits to coach in real time and support business needs
- Building strong relationships with mall partners, community organizations, and local networks
- Driving accountability while fostering an engaging and positive team culture
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of senior retail leadership experience
- A passion for fashion retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Demonstrated success in recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze metrics and create action plans
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship‑building skills
- Proven ability to lead teams through change and drive results through others
- An entrepreneurial mindset with strong decision‑making skills
- Comfortable balancing strategic priorities with hands‑on support
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly between Bathurst and Miramichi
