About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team. In this role, you will support product assembly, packaging, firmware updates, inventory activities, and shipping/receiving functions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, follows instructions well, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick materials and components using work orders
• Assemble thermostats and related products using basic hand tools
• Perform firmware updates on products using a computer
• Conduct light product rework and repackaging activities
• Package finished products and prepare orders for shipment
• Apply labels and verify product accuracy
• Assist with inventory counts and material handling activities
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments as required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support other production and warehouse activities as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, packaging, or production environments is an asset
• Comfortable using basic hand tools such as screwdrivers
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to follow work instructions and processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the day
