Senior Digital Commerce Capability Manager

Procter & Gamble

Lead digital commerce capability building at P&G in Toronto, applying strategic leadership and eContent expertise across business teams.

As Senior National Digital Capability Manager, you will advance P&G’s current and future digital commerce capabilities. You will translate consumer, shopper, and customer insights into strategies, while partnering with agencies, platforms, retailers, and category teams. The work includes emerging eCommerce platforms, training and development, and business activation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead priority digital commerce capability initiatives
Build and optimize commerce systems and strategies
Partner with P&G teams and external organizations
Guide category investment decisions for growth
Develop and deliver engaging training materials

Requirements:

Five or more years of relevant CPG digital commerce experience
Strategic leadership and forward-thinking vision
Experience optimizing digital retail product content
Knowledge of content management and syndication systems
Strong analytical thinking and communication skills

Bring digital commerce, eContent, training, and influence expertise to P&G’s national capability agenda in Toronto.
